Experimental meme project on Solana. Please read carefully.
Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 Dec 2025
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MEOW vs WOOF website
(meow-woof.org) and the related front-end interfaces (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree,
you must not use the Site.
1. Experimental meme project, no guarantees
MEOW vs WOOF is an experimental, entertainment-focused meme project built on the Solana blockchain. The smart contracts, tokens, battle logic and front-end are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. The project may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
2. No investment, legal or tax advice
Nothing on the Site, in our documentation, or in our community channels (including X, Discord, or Telegram) constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. All information is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make related to tokens, trading, or interacting with the protocol.
3. Nature of the tokens
MEOW and WOOF tokens are experimental digital tokens used within the MEOW vs WOOF ecosystem. They do not represent:
- equity or shares in any company,
- ownership or voting rights in a legal entity,
- a claim on revenue, profits or assets, or
- any form of debt or security.
Holding the tokens does not entitle you to any claim against the team or any third party.
4. Eligibility and local laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Site and the protocol complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. If participation in token trading, airdrops or blockchain experiments is restricted or illegal where you live, you must not use the Site or interact with the protocol.
5. Airdrops, rewards and community incentives
Any airdrops, rewards, “airdrop events”, or community incentive programs described on the Site are discretionary and may be modified, delayed, or cancelled at any time. There is no guarantee that any specific user will receive any amount of tokens, or that an announced program will be executed as initially described.
6. Third-party services and wallets
To use the protocol, you may choose to connect third-party wallets (for example, Phantom) and use third-party infrastructure such as RPC providers, Solana explorers, and centralized or decentralized exchanges. These services are not controlled by the team. You use them at your own risk and are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases and devices.
7. On-chain data and irreversibility
Transactions sent to a blockchain are generally irreversible. Once a transaction has been signed and confirmed, it cannot normally be undone. You are responsible for checking all transaction details before signing. The team cannot recover lost tokens or reverse on-chain actions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the team, contributors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, data, profits or opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the tokens, or the underlying smart contracts, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the team, contributors and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
10. Changes to the project and the Terms
The Site and the MEOW vs WOOF protocol may be updated or changed from time to time. We may also update these Terms at any time. When we do so, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, you can reach us via the contact form on the Site (Contact link in the footer).
This Terms of Use section is a simplified template intended to provide general information and does not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction for advice tailored to your situation.

This Privacy Policy explains how the MEOW vs WOOF team (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the Site.
1. What we (do not) collect directly
We do not intentionally collect traditional personal information such as your real name, ID number or physical address through the Site. The protocol itself is fully on-chain and does not store personal data.
However, when you visit the Site, our hosting or analytics providers may automatically collect standard log data, such as:
- IP address and approximate region,
- browser type and device information,
- pages visited and interaction timestamps.
This information is typically aggregated and used to keep the Site secure, monitor traffic and improve performance.
2. Wallet addresses and on-chain data
When you connect a Solana wallet to the Site, we may read your public wallet address and on-chain balances in order to display available rewards, positions or battle statistics. Public blockchain data is, by design, visible to anyone and is not considered private in the traditional sense.
3. Contact form
If you use the contact form on the Site, we receive the email address and message that you submit. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to operate and improve the project. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties.
4. Cookies and analytics
The Site may use basic cookies or similar technologies to support functionality (for example, remembering your preferred explorer) and to collect anonymous usage statistics. We aim to use privacy-friendly analytics tools and do not build detailed personal profiles from this data.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site contains links to third-party services and platforms, including but not limited to Solana explorers, wallets, X, Discord and Telegram. We do not control the privacy practices of these services. You should review their respective privacy policies before using them.
6. Data retention
We retain contact emails and basic server logs only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Site, troubleshoot issues and comply with legal obligations. We may delete or anonymize this information earlier if it is no longer needed.
7. Children
The Site and the MEOW vs WOOF protocol are intended for adults. They are not directed to children under 18 years of age. If you believe we have received information from a minor, please contact us so that we can delete it where appropriate.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do so, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
